Frank was born in Garland, Texas, and raised in Manhattan, Kansas. Since moving to Dubuque, Iowa, in 2022, he has quickly dived into serving at his local church and college ministry team. When off the clock, Frank will be reading, painting, or on a hike somewhere close by.
